Has the backrest for your companion. Starts right up. Has owner's manual and other paperwork. Comes with a cover. Comes with a battery tender. Brand new battery. Original tool kit and tire gauge. One of a kind and very hard to find. This belong to my father and he is passed away and we no longer need. $6500
